Brian Craig was raised in Ann Arbor, MI. He graduated from Huron High school and went on to receiving his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. Brian is married to Anita, a physician at the University of Michigan hospital. Her field is PM&R, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Brian's parents are Santon & Mayble Craig. They both went to the U of M. Santon, a radiologist, always knew Brian would go into business for himself. Mayble, Vice president of Kettering Memorial Hospital, thought he would become a minister. Kimberly Craig, his sister, is a reporter for ABC News in Detroit.
